No. Your request will be reviewed for availability. Your reservation is confirmed after you approve the flat-rate quote and payment is received.
How is my fare determined?
Your guaranteed flat-rate quote is based on the pickup and destination, travel distance, scheduling, requested stops, and any special ride requirements.
Are round trips available?
Yes. Select “Round Trip” on the request form and provide your desired return date and time.
Can I request additional stops?
Yes. List all requested stops in the Ride Details or Notes section when submitting your request. Additional stops are subject to scheduling and route availability and may affect your flat-rate quote. Unscheduled stops are not guaranteed.
Are same-day and longer-distance trips available?
Same-day and longer-distance trips may be available depending on scheduling, route, and driver availability. Submit your request as early as possible for the best chance of accommodation.
